Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. bourbon whiskey
sugar cube or 1 teaspoon of sugar
2 dashes of bitters
dash of water or soda water
prepare on ice in rocks glass or old fashioned glass
garnish with cherry

This is a unique cocktail and its taste will most likely need to be acquired as it is different than drinking straight whiskey on the rocks. I can't really describe the taste as a whole but you can definitely taste the bitters and sugar. Overall a great and fancy drink for conversing.

1 1/2 oz. midori (melon liquer)
fill with sweet & sour mix
splash of soda water or sprite

Beautiful

Ingredients:

1 oz. cognac (hennessey or courvoisier)
1 oz. orange liquer (grand marnier)
prepare neat in a snifter glass

This drink is more on the fancy side. It is also very strong so it is better to sip on as opposed to taking it as a double shot. This drink is very enjoyable and perfect for social events.

Nuclear Lemonade

Ingredients:

1 oz. blue curacao
1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. rum
1/2 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. gin
2 oz. sweet & sour mix
dash of sprite
top with 1 oz. midori (melon liquer)
prepare in a tall glass with ice in order
garnish with lime

This cocktail is one of the stronger mixes in terms of alcohol. For a strong drink, it is very smooth. It has a nice taste of lemonade mixed with sweetness from the blue curacao and midori. I personally don't prefer sweet drinks, but I think this cocktail is very refreshing. One of these cocktails will set you for the night. Drink with caution!

Harry's Special

Ingredients:

1 oz. grenadine
1 oz. vodka or rum
4 oz. sprite
2 oz. pineapple juice
prepare in a tall glass with ice in order
garnish with a cherry

This is a great cocktail if you like sweet drinks. It has a fruity taste that is complimented with the carbonation from the sprite. If prepared in order, it will layer from red on the bottom to a lighter orangish color on the top. This cocktail came from my manager's great sense of creativity at work. This cocktail can also be prepared as a virgin drink by excluding the vodka/rum. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of this cocktail.

1 oz. triple sec or cointreau
1 oz. sweet & sour mix
1 oz. orange juice
splash of sprite
splash of lime juice
shake or stir and strain into martini glass rimmed with salt

This is one of my favorite drinks because it is very refreshing. It is a good day-time cocktail that can replace a margarita and looks fancier as well.
